1. Account information
We store your SteamID, public Steam profile information (persona name, avatar, profile URL), optional trade offer URL, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We never collect Steam passwords or authenticator secrets.
2. Trade information
We store trade codes, selected asset IDs, item counts, reward lines, Steam offer IDs, timestamps and delivery status so we can operate trades and resolve disputes.
3. Security and fraud prevention
Technical logs, rate-limit events and risk signals may be processed to prevent duplicated credits, account abuse and inventory loss.
4. Data sharing
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate ItemStash, or when legally required. Steam receives the usual trade traffic when an offer is created.
5. Retention and deletion
Trade and account records are kept while needed to operate the service and handle support. Contact Support if you want an account deletion request reviewed.
6. Contact
Privacy questions can be submitted through the Support page (Steam or Discord). Do not include passwords or Steam Guard information.
7. Crypto contact information
If you message us for a crypto quote, we may see the inventory details, wallet address and chat messages you send. Keep sensitive secrets out of those chats.
Note: Have these drafts reviewed for your country and business model. They describe the live product behaviour but are not a substitute for counsel.
