1. The service
ItemStash lets you sign in with Steam, review eligible inventory items, and trade accepted Steam items for an exact CS2 reward bundle shown before you confirm. Large inventories may request a manual crypto quote through our Steam or Discord contact channels.
2. Eligible items and offers
Only listed, tradeable items may receive an offer. Reward bundles depend on ItemStash inventory limits and the items selected for the trade. Stock can change between preview and confirmation if reservation fails.
3. Exact reward reservation
The reward shown at review is reserved when a trade is created. If stock changes before reservation, you will need a new review and may cancel.
4. Final review
Each trade is final for the items shown at review. ItemStash does not carry unused trade capacity into a separate account balance.
5. Account safety
ItemStash will never request a Steam password, Steam Guard code, recovery code, shared secret or identity secret. Contact us only through the official Steam bot or Discord username listed on the Support page.
6. Valve relationship
ItemStash is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
7. Manual crypto payout
For roughly 2,500+ accepted items, you may request a crypto quote by messaging us on Steam or Discord. A payout is not guaranteed. Only accept amounts, assets and wallet details confirmed in that chat. Never send items or crypto before you accept a quote. Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
8. Trade holds and Steam limits
Steam trade holds, market restrictions and account limits can delay or block offers. ItemStash cannot bypass Steam-imposed holds.
